Depending on how environmental you want to be there are several solutions. I don't 
know if clorine (the active ingredient in bathroom disinfectant that is used for 
rot) will do much for white fly. It will probably kill the aphids, but they can be 
just as easily controlled and killed by washing them off with a stiff spray from 
the hose. On the ground with nothing to eat or hide under the sun will do them in. 
If you have a lot of aphids you may also have to control the ants who move them 
around and harvest a sweet substance exuded by the aphids. White fly is controlled 
with yellow paper strips that have a tacky substance on the surface. White fly 
have a penchant for yellow, and when they land, they get stuck. You can make your 
own or buy premade traps (at least here in the US and I assume where you are). 
Works pretty well.
