The pretreatment with tetracycline should work, I have not tried it
since I seldom have rot. The agri Tetra comes in a 4-5 oz packet.
It takes a heaping tablespoonful to gallon of water and then I use a
sprinkler can. I mix 5 gallons at a time and that will cover 2
sections of my beds (5 ft x 12 ft). I let the bed sit empty for at
least 2 weeks. Tetracycline should knock out the bacteria in 7 days
with one treatment, but to be sure, you can repeat in 7 days.
