Hard to tell from here. Can you describe them in more detail? Got a magnifying glass? The
only two things that come to mind that are that small are aphids and mites - 8 legged
things that are also referred to as spider mites. What did you spray them with? Did they
come back in full force or only a few. Do they move quickly or only very slowly. Take a
leaf (in a baggie) into your local garden center they should be able to help. Let us know
what it turns out to be.
Maybe someone else has some ideas.
