Brown leaf tips

Hello again. After 4 days off, I think I will wake up about 3:30 this
afternoon. We built a shed for all the garden impliments, and I finished
transplanting things about the garden, and doing the last fertilization of
the year.
The irises I transplanted last week are doing ok, but the leaf tips are
turning brown. They are also kinda floppy, but we got a lot of heavy rain
right after I planted. (Gee, maybee the 2 are related... %^) )
Anyway, good stuff to come back to this morning. Gunnar, my mom has a
"dwarf" who does weird stuff in her house all the time, it even moved when
they did. (I say dwarf since the shortest person in the house is 6'1",
tallest 6'9") She does not garden and has no irises, so I think that is why!!
Brown tips, any ideas???
