Re: Blue-flowered native of Israel?

The "RHS Index of Garden Plants" lists four species of
Paracaryum, none of which are noted as native to
Israel (although under P. lithospermifolia, it says
"SE Europe").

P. microcarpum and P. racemosum have flowers described
as "bright blue". The others species are otherwise.

P. racemosa has leaves described as such: "Basal lvs
to 4cm, linear, tomentose or pilose above." Turkey.

For those of you coming to the Garden Festival (if you
were lucky enough to find a hotel room), I'll be
mostly in the "Q & A Booth" and I'd love to meet you.
If I'm not there, have someone with a walkie-talkie
call me.

Joe
