For those of you on the list, my garden is open to the public Sat, Sun, Mon
through May 5.
We have 1 1/2 acre, no lawn. Over 800 different hybrid bearded iris, 80
Pacific Coast Hybrids, another 100 mixed Louisiana, Japanese, Siberian,
Spuria, and species. We have 60 Rose bushes, 30 some fruit trees, herb
garden, vegetable garden, bulbs, with around 1000 narcissus poeticus
'pheasant's eye' about to burst into bloom, many other plants to numerous to
mention, a pond, chickens etc.
Any of you who find yourself in the San Jose area are always welcome to
visit, at other times. Just e-mail or call.

>From the 101, 280 or 880/17 get on the 85 freeway, take the Union Exit south
toward the hills It is the first exit south of the 880/17 junction.
Go to the third light, turn left onto Blossom Hill Rd. Go to the second
light and turn right on Harwood Rd, toward the hills.
Go to the second stop sign and the garden is through the iron gates on the
left. Pull through stop sign and turn left into the parking area behind our
house.
