It really is a near-perfect tree, and, indeed,
"Elegant" has larger leaves with dark-red new growth
and old leaves that turn orange before dropping -
rather exotic. I especially like the sycamore-like
bark pattern. It's a great street tree but over many
years it can get quite large.
