My wisteria was growing in among my grape vines over my patio.  Someone who was supposed to trim my grapes also trimmed my wisteria.  It has been 3 years and it has not flowered since.  Any suggestions in getting it to flower would be appreciated.

This is certainly a teaser, it would have been quite in order for it to not flower the first season after drastic pruning, as the wood has to ripen before setting flower buds, but three years sounds a bit too long. Whatever you do in the way of pruning at present avoid anything but removing surplus shoots, leaving as much of the wood as possible uncut. You could also try a potassium fertilzer next spring as this element encourages ripenig and flowering. On no account though give the wisteria any nitrogen at present as this will simply encourage more vigorous new growth which you DON'T want at present..
