Name changes?

Hi!

Does anyone know if the genus Cassia has had its name changed to Senna? I
was just going through a book and was surprised to find all the Cassias
listed under Senna. As the book was published in 1995 I guess that it is a
fairly new name change. There was a mention recently that Senecio petasitis
has also had its name changed to (?). Does this mean that the genus Senecio
has been changed? I think Tecomaria capensis has changed to Tecoma or is it
the other way round? It is difficult to keep up to date with the naming of
plants!

Does anyone know of an online site where I can look up plant names to get
recent information on names?
