Re: rose climbing into a tree?

I'm doing the same thing with a Joseph's Coat climbing rose and a Live Oak
that popped up next to it, conveniently located so I can trim it into a
20' hedge and block the new second story brightly lit addition on the house
uphill, where the new neighbors don't have any modesty or curtains or fondness
for darkness yet apparent.

I figure between the evergreen live oak and the Joseph's Coat rose and some
trimming, I'll get some midnight shade back on the bedroom windows within a
year or two.
