I shoulda thought of that, sorry. Okay, here it is...

http://www.pacifichorticulture.org/

This is a great publication that has been around for decades. I've
gotten it on and off for years, and started up again recently.
Pacific Horticultural Foundation is sponsored by Calif. Hort.
Society, Strybing Arboretum Society, So Cal HOrt Society, WEstern
Hort Society and Northwest Hort society. I guess it does pay some
attention to the Pacific northwest. Traditionally, it has been very
San Francisco/Northern California focused but seems to be trying to
break out of that mold.

Anyway, I highly recommend it for mediterranean gardeners.
International subscriptions are available.
