Re: Grevillea

The Silk Oak, Grevillea robusta (?), does well in San Luis Obispo. I regret to report that I had to remove a 60+ ft. one because it was too close to a fourplex we own. It is a pretty tree and I regretted having to do it.
Unfortunately too many people buy a pretty little four foot tree in a one gallon can and then plant it too close to the house with no thought of how big it will eventually get!!
