Any information would be greatly appreciated,
included where I might
obtain this gem (seed or plants?). Both garden owners
felt that this
species was available somewhere but were not at all
specific about where!
Not often a question i can offer advice on! Dicentra scandens is really
easy from seed- got mine from Chiltern about 5 years ago. it is hardy
here on southern Vancouver Island, but I do water about once every 10
days through the dryest part of the summer. Here it tolerates
practically full sun, but of course our sun is not as strong as yours.
Blooming now, and has been for at least a month.
