Before I give up on my Grevillea 'Long John", I am writing to ask if
there's anything I can do to save this 15 foot former beauty. It continues
to bloom, even though most of its leaves are yellow. Six months ago, I
amended the clay soil with Granular Soil Sulfur and 10% Iron
Chelate. When that didn't work, I sprayed the Iron Chelate on the
leaves. Now the low-growing Grevillea planted next to the 'Long John' is
beginning to turn yellow too.
Also, just bought a Synadenium grantii 'Rubrum' at my local garden
club. From what I read on the web, it is weedy. Are there any good
reasons to use this plant?
