The lovely Native American sound of this plant's name sent me looking for it and the picture I found at the website: rmrp.com was wonderful.  I can see why you want another.  I found three potential sources on an initial search, one for seed, two for plants.  They list it as variably a difficult short-lived perennial or a biennial, which better explains your history with it.  Here are the sites, all American( I don't know where you are)
