I wonder why? janet I have a solanum crispum glasnevin brought from england. it is plantes on a northeast wall and gets little direct sun. its growth rate is prodigious, with little water. however it seems to bloom only for a short period in spring, instead of in summer like in england. it has being three years now. weŽll see. francisco ps: in spain, zone 9, dry limy stony almost no soil.
