RE: Tollefson juniper?

Hello Nan: I found a reference to this tree in Bob Perry's wonderful book
Landscape Plants for Western Regions, An Illustrated Guide to Plants for
Water Conservation. According to Perry, this is a cultivar of Juniperus
scopulorum, spelled 'Tolleson's Weeping'. He writes: "A grafted variety that
provides a unique weeping foliage character. Both grey and green foliage
colors are available and develop 20-25 ft high, 10-12ft wide. This is a
relatively fast growing selection."

I hope this helps...

I am so thankful to have you all to turn to when I run into a dead
end. I am working on an article on a garden that has a Tollefson
weeping juniper. Anyone know anything about this tree? I found one
reference on Google and it was basically worthless.
