Seed packet companies -- let me clarify...

For those of you who immediately went into the "NOT K-MART SEEDS!" response mode, let me make it clear that I'm not looking for THAT level of seed.
 
I am familiar with a few European and Japanese packet companies -- the pictorial type found on store racks versus the plain packet type one receives from a mail-order company -- and I know there are such companies that offer some VERY nice, special stuff.
 
Granted, it's the special mail-order types (SeedHunt, Chilterns, Silverhill, etc.) that offer the BEST seed selection for us plant nuts.  But I'm looking for the larger market material.  There's an academic reason.
