hmmmi seem to have forgotten some key things when i posted ( it was
three AM :) ) Anyhow the flower head was around three inches though i
should have said this MY mistake, mainly around two inches for the
majority ( forgive me for this!) But the flower heads were larger
than any common dandelion. There was only a single naked stem and it
arose from a rosette of leaves. the stem was at the tallest a foot high
but generally 6 inches ( this was when we had good rains so that may
have affected growth). Flower color was yellow. I unfortunately got
only a passing look at the leaves ( Sorry, we were out searching for
grass seeds so we didnt get too much time to look at them). However i
do know the leaves were in a rosette.
