i saw that too. Anyways, if you have seen "Logans Run" youll notice
that washington DC is covered in Hedera helix (looks like it).
.........horror of horrors is Hedera canariensis! Our neighbors a while
ago planted it against their fence, along the property line. Funny
thing is, its the only thing holding that fence up! its grown through
holes (often locking into them and spreading out where it finally pokes
through). Now its trying to sneak its way up to my house. I had found
an stray vine that had gotten under the siding! fortunately its small,
so i cut it from the main plant. I could see if humanity got wiped out
by a plague, this plant covering up the neighborhood!
