I'm sure if this is a medit-plant but I thought I would give this a shot... I
purchase the Anigozanthos bicolor 'Bush Garnet' this spring and immediately
planted it into the ground......the plant did beautifully until the past
month. It appears to have died. I'm not sure if the abundance of rain has
caused this...it seems to have rotted at the crown. But my question is....Is
this plant easy from seed and what conditions should I supply for
germination? Will it be true to seed, if not, what am I likely to get. I
left the dying bloom spikes on the plant in hopes to have seed - I do have a
few. Any help with this would be much appreciated.
