slightly OT

I know this is somewhat off topic but I trust that one of you might
be able to answer this question.

My 10 year old son brought me a gift of "ti" plant. I am sure you've
seen this stuff, it looks like two short pieces of sugar cane or
dracena stalk in a cellophane wrapper with a mimeographed
instructions on how to grow the ti plant. Well, of course the
directions got lost and I have these two stalks in a dish of water,
both of which have sprouted from teh nodes (can't tell yet if they
are roots or shoots) but I don't know what to do from here. Anyone
able to help?

Thanks a bunch
