Moira,
Hebe pimelioides 'Quicksilver' is available here. I
have it planted with Muscari armeniacum and a white
flowered form of Ribes sanquineum, both of which bloom
in early spring here. They make a lovely threesome.
None of my blue-gray Hebes have bloomed for me though.
Any thoughts on why?
