Oh yes, good idea from Cyndi! Just take a whip (12 - 16inches long) and
stick it in the ground past a few of the nodes. Keep it from drying out
too much and you'll very soon have a little tree. I've done it several
times and they grow really fast! You can even do it in a pot for now and
then plant it when your parents consent or move it with you when you
eventually leave home (assuming that one day you will...)
