Re: dried apricots on juniper

Thanks Beverly, Chris and others. It is a lot like this picture of
Cedar-Apple Rust (Gymnosporangium). A fungus.

Actually, its not *quite* like that as there is no visible gall
underneath the fruiting bodies on mine. Maybe its just small and not
obvious - presumably a local species. Being no fungus freak I'm happy to
leave it at that.
