Janet and Moira have given you excellent advice.
Eden is one of the few roses in my garden that is virtually rust free. It's
stunning with beautiful blooms over a long season. Baking soda, summer
weight oil such as Sunspray, and a little soap to make it stick, might help
keep down the rust. Mix it about a tablespoon each to a gallon of water.
