I actually dont mind the large row of E.globulus that runs perpendicular
to Highway 1 between the towns of Marina and Seaside. There, they dont
cause problems. branch drop isnt a problem, nor is a fallen tree (well,
maybe the ones closest to the highway). They do look nice, nice and tall.
My problem is people who put them in their backyards, obviously not a good
place. Some owners even have them in their front yards......not to mention
the old army base has some in the small lawns in front of the old
classrooms. But, i do worry about the avenue of them at the northern edge
of my town (visible from most points). They grow right along a road (which
is constantly littered with fallen leaves, fruit, and bark). I remember
they took some of them out because the trees were sick and were a
possible danger.

I guess what my problem is, is big trees in the wrong places.
