White blooming Oxalis-species?

I am wondering if anyone can help me identify the
species of oxalis which is almost as weedy as Oxalis
pes-caprae here in the east bay area, and often found
in older gardens. The plant is summer dormant as
well, from small bulbils which are about 1/4" in
diameter and light tan in color, and starts growing
with the start of fall rains. The foliage is much
smaller than Bermuda Buttercup oxalis, about 1/2"
across, pale green in color, and the stems will branch
above ground, and form quite extensive patches. The
flowers are white, also about 1/2" in diameter, and
the plant can be low growing to 4" tall or climb
through other plants and become 12 to 18" tall.
Blooming period is usually January through late April,
and the plant usually goes dormant about June, if I
recall correctly. I've not seen this one at the
nurseries, but I imagine someone in this group can
help me identify it, as it is a rather common weed
here in parts of the San Francisco Bay Area. (Although
I have never seen it outside of a garden setting, and
doubt if it is as potentially weedy as O. pes-caprae).

Thanks,
David Feix
