Might it be simply Erysimum x allionii, a plant that used to be common in the California nursery trade? A slightly spicy floral scent.

Hello all,I came across a fragrant melon-orange flowered Erysimum linifolium at Target of all places today - but it is mislabeled as 'Bowle's Mauve'. Is anyone familiar with the melon-orange variety, have you grown it and do you know the name of the variety? I tried to find it in the internet but didn't have any luck.Thanks.LindaSpringville Gardens
