Re: sapling purchases

A number of months ago I found several by searching in Altavista.  
I never did place an order though as our attention has been diverted 
to fixing a foundation problem in our house. 

Another search just now resulted in finding this directory 
of nurseries maintained by the US Forest Service.  I suppose 
it's only useful though if you're in the US.

I hope to get back to more enjoyable endeavors in the next
