Re: michelia yunnanensis

Hi Tim,
Michelia champaca (or maybe it's M. alba) grows in
full sun both here in San Francisco (chilly) and at
the Honolulu airport (warm). So that's at least one
that likes full sun. M. doltsopa, M. figo, M.
platypetala, and others are fine in full sun here, but
Irene knows how different our coastal fog-belt climate
is from her hotter inland clime.
