I can't view MIME attachments. Are these yellow areas circular?
Cordyline are very prone to *Fusarium moniliforme* and another fungus
called *Phyllosticta*. Both show circular spots surrounded by a yellow
halo. Fusarium in usually on newer leaves, Phyllosticta on older leaves.
