Last year I bought a package of Seeds of Change Tiger's Eye
sunflowers - the picture on the seed packet was very appealing. I
haven't yet managed to see any actual flowers, but every once in a
while I admire the packet. I don't know what the matter is. The
seedlings just disappear, usually when they are very small. This year
I did manage to grow one very scrawny little plant (maybe 50 cm high)
to the point of having a bud, but then it was nipped off by a deer.
Has anyone, besides whoever grew the ones for the photo, been
successful with this? I still have a few seeds left, and plan to try
again next year.
