"Best" Santolina rosmarinifolia Artemisia chamaelifolia Claytonia siberica Callirhoe involucrata ....and, of course, tulips and crocuses! "Worst": Photinia davidii (It seems we each, so far, can only think of ONE plant for this list, and each one a different one. I suppose we all have our pet peeves...)
