rejected Medit messages

Oh great... I got this email too. --- I also checked out the Junkbusters site and this appears to be part of their scheme for reducing spam. Why we would be considred spam is beyond me.

Unfortunately, there are anti-spam programs that reject some of our members for no good reason. Usually the rejected messages get sent to me, but sometimes they go to the person who wrote the message.

One Medit subscriber's ISP rejects the messages of 11 of our members, including those of the listowner Sean and some of the most prolific and knowledgeable of our message-senders. That subscriber misses a lot of good discussion. I inform people about it, but perhaps there is no other ISP they can subscribe to.

These anti-spam programs are not as awkward as one in England that requires a response from a "real person" before any message will be forwarded. The subscriber has to have a second email address for all the garden lists he belongs to, because a list can never respond to the satisfaction of the antispam program.

So, if you receive a message saying that a message you have just sent to Medit-Plants has been rejected by one of the other subscribers, don't bother trying to get in touch with that person. Do forward it to me, though, because I don't know about the problems that don't get sent to me.
