I dont know of such a program. Ive seen pamaps grass all over the place
now (BOTH species of it!)
Its an extremely tough tenacious grass, dangerous because of its razor
sharp edges. Unfrotunately the quickest solution is roundup (the BLM
uses it for pampas grass), right in the center of the crown.
