if it really is Iris Pallida you are looking for, we supply it in both
mauve and white forms, which we assume are the Medieval "Iridos de
Levante" or the modern "Orris". The exact botanical taxonomy however is
doubtful. Some references say that Iris Florentina is a synonym for I
Germanica which may (or may not) be a synonym for I pallida or a cross
between one Iris and another. Which is partly why I am a medievalist
rather than a modern botanist, it's very much easier.
