Re: [shade tolerant] Lawns

How about carpet grass or centepede grass?  They do better in a tropical
climate, but seem to be OK in upper elevatio areas in Hawaii.  Carpet gras
tolerates shade really well, but may not be very drought tolerant (in fact
it is one of the better grasses for wet soggy areas).
