pistacio chinensis

I asked an individual poster, but not the group, about pistachio chinensis. I want to plant a tree in my parking strip and there's one in my neighborhood that I love. I think, from conversations in this group, that it may be a pistacio chinensis but I'm not certain. It's limbs are widely spaced so it looks very airy, the leaves, which are now dropping, are a gorgeous deep red, narrow and pointed and, I think, smooth edged. The bark is gray.

I've looked for pictures of the Pistachio chinensis and have only seen ones of a huge tree which is very dense. So, I can't tell if this tree I so covet is what I think it may be. Does anyone intimately aquainted with the tree have an idea if what I describe is one? If not, what's the best way to have a tree ID'd short of hiring a tree expert?

Thanks--Barbara
