Linum narbonense

Hi Olivier
I live in coastal California so my climate would be Mediterranian with a
long summer drought. The problem might be that I got the seeds started too
late and did not get the plants established before the end of the rainy
season. I have a little plant in the ground that has not grown for half a
year no matter what I have done. Maybe it will perk up with the up-coming
rains. Our local Linum lewisii is much less fussy and can be started
anytime.
The seeds were hard to germinate. Just sowing the seeds did not give any
seedlings at all. Cold treatment gave one seedling. Seeds from Jelitto
pretreated with gibberelic acid (ga3) germinated very well.
