Re: What plant should I choose?


Yes, I know that crinum and I love it.  Good suggestion!  I think I 
know where I could find one or two (or three).  Also, the cannas are 
doing well this year.  I just returned from a garden writers 
conference in philadelphia where we visted many many gardens and I 
was amazed at how popular cannas are in the east.  They treat them 
like annuals!  Here the are pretty much year-round and might do the 
trick.  Is the Dark Knight a pink/red or an orange/red?
