RE: List of goat-proof plants

I can say for certain that some of the plants listed are certainly not
goat-proof. Goats love the flowers and leaves from both brooms and gorse,
and using goats to clear gorse-covered hillsides is a common gorse-control
solution here in New Zealand. I am also not sure about brambles. Once again
they love to eat blackberry, which must be similar, and will totally
destroy large thickets of it over a short period of time.

Thanks for all the replies I got to my question on what plants would be
likely to be left alone by those four-legged devils. Just for quick
reference, here is a compiled list of all the plant suggestions made. I
intend to try as many as I can out of this list in our village and see what
happens. Thanks again.
