Re: AOL email blocks posts using dynamic IP protocols

It will be interesting to see if this effect can be passed through list
servers like Alpine-L, Salvia (Yahoo), MeditPlants, etc.
Medit-Plants acts as an intermediary and allows Richard and others using dynamic IP protocols to send messages to all our subscribers, including those who use aol. They will not be able to send private responses to the aol people, though, and will need to use the list for their replies.

How can someone on
the list complain about not getting posts without checking his mail against
anothers who does not have that incompatability?

Yesterday and today were the only times that aol has blocked our messages to all our aol subscribers. (There have been other times that their server has been down so they all missed messages then, of course.) Otherwise, the only messages that don't get through are some medit messages to some aol members who have set up individual message blocking.
