Looks like B. acerifolium which may or may not drop its leaves before flowering - if it does, the flowers are spectacular. It does not flower every year. Does not look like B. populneum which has small pinkish flowers and very variable juvenile leaves. The leaves are also lighter in colour and not so thick as that shown.
