Most camelias will grow seed pods after flowering if you haven't removed the
spent bloom.   We have quite a few that germinate naturally in the garden
and we have grown seedlings, generally by just sticking the smaller seeds
[after removing hard outer casing] in the ground or sticking them into a pot.
The true seeds [normally several] have hard casings too and rubbing them
with sandpaper could speed up germination.
They are easy to seed but may not be true to parent plant, though the ones
we have let mature are very similar or in some cases, an improvement
