Zones are a great idea - please can you tell me what zone I am in or how to find out?

maximum temp plus 40
Snow 3 times per year average, lasts about 2 days each time
wet autumn, wet Spring
cold Winter hot Summer
What else does one need to know in order to make the categorisation?
