Dear Janet
If you could get a plant of Lonicera hildebrandiana you would have a large, almost evergreen, vigorous climber with huge golden yellow flowers (about 8 inches long) that have a wonderful pefume, esp. lovely early in the morning and in the late afternoon and early evening. Ours covers a tall pergola cum archway between two parts of the garden and I need to keep it from scaling a very tall Gleditschia SUNBURST.
regards
