Lenten Rose tonic

    There was a thread recently concerning a lime and water 'tonic' for
Lenten roses.
Could someone who knows how you mix the lime and water post the recipe?  I'm
fairly
new to gardening and although I have a bag of dolomitic limestone in the
garage, I haven't
a clue how to use it for this, or do I?
