Several years ago, I grew a Blettila orchid here in Zone 6, near St. Louis,
Missouri. It did nicely. It didn't grow much, but it bloomed and I loved
it. However, it did not survive the winter even though it was mulched and in
a protected spot where many other delicate plants have done well for me.
