'Cause we don't want to in Canada?
This is not an appropriate forum to get into that sort of thing, so let's 
just say that we don't think that a US dominated system would properly 
reflect the subtle variations of our climate, while the USDA has no mandate 
to do, or interest in that aspect of Canada's agriculture or gardening 
industry.
